These very rare cards were a parallel to the base card from 1991 Stadium Club. They were distributed in special Super Bowl XXVI packs at the National and perhaps other places. Cards have an embossed Super Bowl XXVI logo in the upper corner on the front. The card backs are the same as the regular base card.
