This is Universal Studios 1991 Child's Play Chucky Doll
It is a unstuffed promo doll
It has small opening in back where seam meets that seems to be where it would be stuffed at the factory. There are no holes in fabric like stitches were removed.
Great condition
Has original tag attached
Has dent in back of head under hair, very unnoticeable, please see pics
It is UNSTUFFED.
