This is a great Luncheon/snack plates by Anchor Hocking. It's the Colonial Lady pattern in a fun mod cir le design with a dew drop texture. The plate has a circle impression for the teacup in the corner and ribbed handles on each side. Overall, I would consider these to be in excellent vintage, pre-owned condition.
