These inks are new but have been opened to test the colors. I originally purchased these with the intent to take on a new hobby, but realized that stamping just isn’t for me. The colors are lovely and the blues and purples work great to create galaxy backgrounds. The two brown shades at the bottom are sealed and new. Tin not included to save on shipping costs**
