This headlight is off of a 2003 - 2004 Kawasaki 636. This item is OEM. The item is cracked and broken It does appear that a tab or 2 are missing. There is a repair spot on this item. It appears that a covering has been put over the headlight. Please look closely at all pictures. This headlight is used and will show scrapes, scratches and other signs of normal wear and tear.
